Our commitment

FitzPro Cleaning Limited aims to make its website clear, readable and usable on phones, tablets and desktop computers.

Our approach

Our design priorities include readable text, clear headings, meaningful links, colour contrast, keyboard access, visible focus and useful image alternatives. We aim to work towards Web Content Accessibility Guidelines version 2.2 level AA and address practical barriers.

We do not currently claim that every part of the website meets every WCAG success criterion, and an independent accessibility audit has not been completed.

For help or information in a different format, email office@fitzprocleaning.co.uk. You can also ask us to arrange a telephone conversation while our business number is being set up.

Please tell us which page or information you need, the difficulty you encountered and your preferred way for us to help. You do not need to disclose a diagnosis. We will consider reasonable adjustments and discuss a practical response with you.
