Standards & Safety

High standards.Responsible cleaning.

A professional cleaning service should give you confidence in the result and the way the work is carried out. Our working standard brings quality, care for people and risk control together.

  1. 01

    Understand and agree

We agree the areas, tasks, frequency and priorities, taking account of access, sensitive surfaces and restrictions.

  2. 02

    Prepare and protect

We assess the work and select suitable methods, products and equipment. We manage access to affected areas and confirm site rules and emergency arrangements.

  3. 03

    Clean and check

We check the agreed tasks and report anything that could not be completed or needs the customer's attention.

  4. 04

    Listen and improve

We encourage customers and cleaners to raise concerns early so we can address problems and improve the service.

Cleaning quality

A clear standard for every clean.

A good cleaning service starts with a shared understanding of what needs doing. We agree the areas, tasks and frequency with you, pay attention to the details that matter to your premises, and check the work against that agreed scope.

If something needs attention, we want to know so we can address it properly.

Health and safety

Health and safety built into the work.

The way a clean is carried out matters as much as the finish. Our approach starts with understanding the premises and the risks, then planning suitable methods, equipment and access arrangements for the task.

From handling cleaning products to managing wet floors and visits outside opening hours, our aim is to protect our cleaners and the people using your building. We work with your site arrangements and encourage our people to speak up if a task cannot be completed safely.
