Our commitment
FitzPro Cleaning Limited aims to provide consistent, thorough cleaning that meets the agreed requirements of each premises. Quality means understanding what the customer needs, choosing suitable methods, supporting the people doing the work and checking the result.
We will be clear about the work included, the condition of the premises, practical limitations and any specialist tasks that need separate assessment. We will not promise an outcome that ordinary cleaning cannot achieve, such as removing permanent wear or damage.
Agree the standard
Before work begins, we will agree the areas, tasks, frequency, access, timing and any site priorities. The specification will distinguish routine tasks from periodic or additional work. Changes will be recorded and any price or scheduling effect agreed.
For offices, priorities may include reception areas, desks that are clear and accessible, meeting rooms, staff kitchens, washrooms and suitable floor surfaces. For hospitality, the agreed work will reflect opening times, customer areas, seating, floors and washrooms. For end of tenancy work, we will use an agreed room-by-room scope and consider the condition and handover date.
Carry out the work carefully
We will select products and equipment appropriate to the surface and task, follow instructions and avoid transferring contamination between different areas. We will protect fixtures, furnishings and equipment and respect client confidentiality, keys and access arrangements.
Cleaners will receive a clear task brief and appropriate instruction. We will plan sufficient time and supplies for the agreed work. If a task cannot be completed safely or to the expected standard, it will be reported rather than silently omitted.
Check the result
At the end of each visit, the person completing the work will check the agreed tasks and note any issues or omissions. Recurring contracts will include a review arrangement proportionate to the site, with its frequency agreed at mobilisation rather than an unsupported promise of daily management inspections.
Checks will focus on relevant outcomes: visible dirt and debris removed, suitable surfaces cleaned, washrooms addressed, agreed bins emptied, products and equipment put away, and safe handover of the work area. Specialist hygiene or microbiological testing is not included unless specifically agreed.
Respond and improve
Customers will have a clear route to raise concerns through office@fitzprocleaning.co.uk. We will review concerns against the agreed scope, discuss an appropriate remedy where work falls short, and use recurring issues to improve instructions, scheduling or supervision.
We will keep proportionate records of agreed schedules, checks and corrective action. Photographs will only be used when justified and handled in line with our Privacy Policy. We will not use a customer's premises or name in marketing without appropriate permission.
Responsibility and review
The director is responsible for adopting this policy and providing resources. The person coordinating operations is responsible for site specifications, briefings and review arrangements. Everyone carrying out cleaning is responsible for checking their work and reporting concerns.
This policy is reviewed annually or sooner after a material change. Director approval and operational responsibility records are held separately.
